This 2.5-acre neighborhood park is located in the Landover-Sharmel Neighborhood of East Vancouver with access off of 28th Street. Endeavour Park is located next door to Endeavour Elementary School.

In 2002 the City purchased a four- acre park area at the end of NE 20th St. and bounded by NE 18th St. Despite its undeveloped condition, the neighborhood association uses it for its annual summer picnic. The Neighborhood Association is continuing its efforts to get it developed with a master plan. The park was projected to be accomplished in 2011.

Landover Sharmel Park is one of thirteen parks planned to be developed as part of A Stronger Vancouver. The plan includes "New development including plans, specifications, and development over 4 acres at $1.75 million. "
